Data collected through the contact form

When you use the contact form, your name, email address, subject and message, which you provide voluntarily, are processed.

This data is used only to reply to your request and evaluate a possible project (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: pre-contractual steps at the request of the data subject). It is not used for newsletters or advertising and is not sold or shared with third parties.

The message is forwarded to the controller through Google Apps Script (Google). Data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any relationship that follows.

If you choose to write via WhatsApp, Discord or email, the controller receives the data you send through that service, which processes it under its own privacy policy (for WhatsApp: WhatsApp Ireland Ltd., Meta group).

Spam and abuse protection

The form uses Google reCAPTCHA, provided by Google Ireland Ltd., which is loaded only when you start filling in the form and may collect technical data about your device and your interaction with the page to tell people and bots apart. Google's privacy policy and terms apply.

To limit repeated submissions, the server temporarily stores a hashed fingerprint of your IP address and the submission times (legitimate interest in site security, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics and external services

The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which collects aggregated visit statistics without cookies and without profiling.

Fonts are hosted directly on this website: no external service is contacted to display them.

Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the European Union, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The site sets a single technical cookie, viper_lang, which remembers your chosen language for one year. No profiling cookies are used.

When you start filling in the contact form, Google reCAPTCHA may set its own cookies, which are required for the spam protection to work.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to the processing of your data at any time, as well as data portability (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), by writing to v1p3r.k1ll3r.00@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
